Postgraduate students who have completed all academic obligations of the “LL.M. in International and European Legal Studies” during the academic year 2024-2025 are invited to submit an Oath Application from Monday, 29 December 2025 until Friday, 30 January 2026.
Submission of Applications
Greek students may submit their application electronically via the e-Protocol platform at

Certificate of electronic submission of the Master’s thesis
(The certificate is automatically issued by the “Pergamos” Institutional Repository upon successful digital upload of the thesis.)

Prerequisites for Submitting an Oath Application
The following constitute mandatory prerequisites for the submission of an Oath Application:
Successful defence and approval of the LL.M. thesis.
Electronic upload of the LL.M. thesis to the “PERGAMOS” Digital Repository.
For the electronic upload of the LL.M. thesis to the “PERGAMOS” Digital Repository, you must first complete the application form available HERE. (=Certificate of successful completion of thesis, issued by the Secretariat of Postgraduate Studies Programs_Βεβαίωση επιτυχούς διεκπεραίωσης διπλωματικής εργασίας_ Certificate of deposit in the digital repository)
Then send it to evoutsi@uoa.gr The first field of the form will be signed by the LL.M. Department Secretariat and returned to you by email, so that you may proceed with uploading your thesis to the platform.

The submission of theses to the “Pergamos” Digital Repository, as well as the verification of any outstanding library loans, is carried out exclusively online, without the need for the students’ physical presence at the Secretariat or the Library of the Law School.
Please note that upon submission of the Oath Application, the student academic identity card will be cancelled and its use will no longer be permitted.
