SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR THE PAN EUROPEAN SEAL PROGRAMME FOR EUIPO/EPO TRAINEESHIPS (ATTENTION: THERE ARE DEADLINES FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS)

For a traineeship at the EUIPO

The postgraduate students of the programmes:

(a) Business Law - Department of Private Law B (all specializations) or

(b) LL.M. IELS (Private Law and Business Transactions specialization only)

who wish to be candidates for a one-year paid internship at the EUIPO under the Pan European Seal Programme are invited to submit an application by a simple e-mail (by writing on the e-mail subject line: Traineeship EUIPO). This e-mail must be addressed to Mrs Eirini Halkiadaki (Business Law) (ehalkiad@law.uoa.gr) with supporting documents by 13 February 2026.

The supporting documents that must be submitted are:  (a) language certificates, (b) copies of undergraduate or postgraduate degrees already completed and obtained, (c) detailed transcripts of records achieved in their degrees, (d) passport or other document showing citizenship.

Please note that students who apply for the EUIPO are not allowed to apply for the EPO as well. Likewise, those who apply for the EPO are not allowed to apply for the EUIPO.

For a traineeship at the EPO

Postgraduate students of the following programmes:
(a) Business Law - Department of Private Law B (all specializations), or
(b) the IELS Programme (only the specialization in Private Law and Business Transactions),

who wish to apply for a one-year paid traineeship at the EPO must submit their application individually and directly to the EPO between 16/2/26 and 9/3/26 (neither earlier nor later).
